Last updated: 14/09/2026
Welcome to Luna Bloom. These Terms and Conditions explain how I provide my homeopathy and wellbeing consultation services. By booking an appointment or using my services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Nature of the Service
Luna Bloom provides homeopathic consultations as a complementary and holistic wellbeing service.
Homeopathy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, medical treatment or professional healthcare. I do not provide emergency medical services.
Clients should consult their GP or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns, diagnosis or treatment.
You should not stop, alter or delay any prescribed medication or medical treatment without first consulting your doctor or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
2. Consultations
Consultations are provided based on the information supplied by the client. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information relevant to their consultation.
I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a consultation where I believe that another appropriately qualified healthcare professional or service would be more suitable.
Where appropriate, clients may be encouraged to seek independent medical advice.
3. Appointments and Bookings
Appointments must be booked in advance through our website or Email.
Your appointment is confirmed once a 50% deposit has been received. The remaining 50%, as well as your postage fee can be paid after the consultation at which point your remedies will be shipped to you.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, the consultation may need to finish at the originally scheduled time.
4. Fees and Payment
The current fees for consultations and services are available on our website.
I reserve the right to change my fees from time to time. Any changes will not affect appointments that have already been confirmed and paid for, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50%.
Missed appointments without notice may be charged in full.
Where I need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, I will provide as much notice as reasonably possible and offer an alternative appointment or refund any payment made for the cancelled service.
6. Client Responsibilities
